Research - The research phase helps us to learn all about your business and your competitors so that we can plan the most successful ad campaigns. During the research phase, we review the intake questionnaire and seek to better understand what makes your business unique. We do extensive keyword, bidding, competitor and industry research before we move on to Step 2.

Build - In the build phase, we strategize as a team, planning out the best account structure for maximum benefit. We build out your campaigns and ad groups and add in keywords and negative keywords. We write multiple ads for each ad group so that we can test them against each other to find out what works the best. We also set up conversion tracking so we can track every lead that comes in and see what is profitable and what’s not in the account. In this phase we will likely have a few more questions and also send you some sample ads for approval.

Activate - Once the account is built out and you’ve approved some final details, we will activate the account and set it live in Google Ads! Once we activate the account, we will check on it multiple times a day for the first couple of days and then daily for the first week or two to make sure everything is running well. In this phase, we’ll be reaching out a few times to update you and let you know how things are going.

Optimize - With a live account, we are making data based optimizations on a regular basis for the life of the account. We are comparing ads to see which ones are performing better, comparing keywords, adjusting bids, monitoring audiences and demographics, and making adjustments based on many other factors. We have a variety of optimizations we make on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. We are able to make changes based on the data we gather as the account is running and solve problems before they arise. By month six, we are typically seeing very consistent results.

Report - Every month throughout the life of the account, we’ll be sending a report along with a brief email overview of the account performance and activity for the previous month. This is how we stay accountable to you and how you’re able to make informed decisions and know what’s happening in your account. We value transparency and integrity and believe that knowledge is power. Our team is also available to answer any questions you have or touch base more frequently if that’s what you need or want.
